Philips – Back to the nature of innovation

Project summary

During the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven, Studio Transitio facilitated a participatory & experiential workshop for the entire Philips Design Team. Topics included energy & material efficiency strategies in nature, how to build organisational innovation ecosystems, apply simple rules to advance self-organisation, how systems thinking helps transformation processes, how regenerative business builds return on reputation and how doing well by doing good pays off in financial and employee engagement terms.
